                Well done! Thank you for your work on the lease renewal, your negotiating skills are first class, appreciated and true to your word. I assume Lisa is aware of her lawn mowing obligations as I had a quick look at the lease conditions but couldn’t see any reference to this.

About a year ago Annette and I came up to inspect the property and on arrival discovered with the limited time available we needed to find a new property manager. Not knowing the business world in the area I cold called on several property managers for appointments and to my good fortune I happened to walk into TCRE, after speaking with Jai and then Kaeren it appeared to us TCRE was a standout and just felt right. We have not been disappointed during this time and feel all expectations have been met, particularly given the COVID19 issues.
